Rich works cooperatively with Kevin Koester on a daily basis to develop accurate estimates and bid proposals for qualifying projects. Rich maintains job estimate information and forward prices changes as a basis for job cost analysis. Rich maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors to manage supply and install projects and to guarantee accurate pricing on all estimates.
