Description: Apex placed over 4600 tons of rebar on this two 27 story condo tower project in downtown Bellevue. Apex worked on the towers after placing the reinforcing steel for 5 floors of parking. The 17,000 SF decks in the towers were completed in a 2.5 day deck cycle. Pre-construction coordination with the design team redesigned the x-beam headers in cores to decrease the schedule impact.
